做及物动词时：
each other ＝互相
通常都置于动词之后。
如：互相帮助＝to help each other
Both girls write to each other regularly now.
两位女孩频频互通书信。
The porter and I looked at each other.
搬运工人（或门卫）和我相互对眼。

做不及物动词时：
在使用“each other”这个副词词组的时候可以不加宾语。
如以下两个简单例句（若不使用each other的时候，宾语就不能少了）：
They embraced each other.他们互相拥抱。
They hate each other.他们彼此憎恨。

前面的单词如果及物动词，就不用with...否则，就要加介词with追问
