whoever在
让步状语从句中等于no matter who, 在名词从句(包括主语、宾语、表语、
同位语从句）中等于anyone who 和those who。如：
Whoever/No matter who sees her, tell me at once.
Anyone who knows it / Whoever knows it / Those who know it must tell me.
I don't mind whoever will go / anyone who will go / those who will go.
The enemy is whoever is /is anyone who is / are those who are going to get you killed, no matter which side he's on.
