1.such最终要修饰名词，so 最终要修饰形容词。
由so与such的不同词性决定。“such 是形容词”，修饰名词或名词词组，“so是副词”，只能修饰形容词或副词。

2.such--that ,so--that 意思“如此~~~以致~~”。
在保证语法前提（1中提到的）下，用两种结构中的那一个都是可取的。
