两者的确有差别：
will do 将要做什么，will 后加动词原形，
He will leave for Beijing on business next week。
will be to do （当前与日后） 要去做什么，will be 后面加不定式，
Their aim will be to produce as much milk as possible
他们的目标是尽可能提高牛奶产量。
One of the biggest tasks will be to control the spread of malaria.
最大的任务之一就是控制疟疾的蔓延。
