Sure! dragon boat races and making and eating zongzi. Dragon boat races are one of the most exciting and popular traditions during the Dragon Boat Festival. Teams of rowers paddle in long, narrow boats to the beat of drums, competing to reach the finish line first. This tradition is said to commemorate the search for the patriotic poet Qu Yuan, who drowned himself in a river when his country was invaded.

Another important tradition is making and eating zongzi, which are sticky rice dumplings wrapped in bamboo leaves. Zongzi can be filled with a variety of ingredients such as pork, beans, or nuts. They are then steamed or boiled and served as a special treat during the festival. The shape of zongzi is said to resemble the boat used in the search for Qu Yuan's body.

Other customs during this festival include hanging up pouches of herbs to ward off evil spirits, wearing colorful silk threads to protect against diseases, and drinking realgar wine as a ritual to drive away evil spirits.

These traditions are deeply rooted in Chinese culture and have been celebrated for centuries, bringing people together to remember and honor Qu Yuan while enjoying the festive atmosphere.
