没有理解stp,是science and technology parks还是software and technology parks
不过刚好找到一篇适合楼主要求的文献，已经发送，查收。

查看过外文数据库，也看过几篇中文综述都没有房地产stp的文献，以前的文献也没有提。
如一篇叫《房地产营销策划的STP 模式》作者竟然直接引用了两本中文教材。
