Our Maths Teacher---ZhangLili
Teacher quality matters.She is the most beautiful teacher,not only for her appearace,but laso for her other qualities which made her more attactive,as the appearance will be faded with the time goes by,but other qualities will be last for ever along the time lasting which add the beauty of her appearance.
In fact, it is the most important school-related factor influencing student achievement. Take ZhangLili as an example.She is our maths teacher whohas rich teaching experience,specifically, the “learning by doing” effect is most obvious in the early years of teaching.Besides she has earned advanced degrees which have a positive impact on high school mathematics.She is the window through which many students will see their future.
She has good preparation in both pedagogic and subject content, with credentials, and high test scores which make her teaching so wonderful especially,her love,her sympathy which made our school years so beautiful that we all can't part from her as she is so near to us.
Stdudent Zhang ping says"She has the ability to bond with me, to understand and resonate with my feelings and emotions,to communicate on my level,to be compassionate with me when I am down and to celebrate with me when I am up.
Student Sunwei says"She is able to think more on the positive and a little less on the negative;to keep a smile on her face when things get tough;to see the bright side of things;to seek to find the positives in every negative situation;and to be philosophical.
Student Zhao yun says"She is able to acknowledge that the only real constant in life is change. She knows there is a place for tradition but there is also a place for new ways, new ideas, new systems, and new approaches. She doesn't put obstacles in our way by being blinkered and is always open and willing to listen to others' ideas.
Our grade dean says"She is able to motivate her students by using creative and inspirational methods of teaching. She is different in her approach and that makes her stand out from the crowd. Hence the reason why students enjoy her classes and seek her out for new ideas."
That is our teacher with sense of humour,presentation skills,calmness,and passion;
That is our teacher who sets high expectations for all students, who has clear, written-out objectives;who is are prepared and organized;who engages students and get them to look at issues in a variety of ways;who forms strong relationships with their students and show that they care about them as people;who communicates frequently with parents...
From all accounts,she is the most beatiful teacher.
