追答首先你要把语调和心理波动调整好,轻松一些,Open一些;你可以去调查对方的市场,畅销产品,大致了解一下就好(目标客户地区的亚马逊,我一般这样做。也可以去其他当地internetshop),关键是看你个人对这个行业和产品的把握。这些聊完了看客户怎样,顺便聊下其他话题就好了。不要紧迫和急促。
追问我大学刚刚毕业,完全是个菜鸟,老总让我开发客户,不知道怎么跟客户交流,尤其是谈市场,销售,和工作相关的事情时,像无头苍蝇一样,不知如何谈起,也不知道如何回答,那几点我应该知道,这些我都不了解。
追答这些东西都是需要积累的,市场慢慢查,没事去目标市场调查一下,当然,肯定是网络了。
销售看一些书籍,应该有些帮助,定价的时候给客人做好阶梯报价,其他的材料尽量准备详实一些。谈的话,要有被谈死的觉悟和永不放弃的信念,关键是,要开始去谈。
