would be 是谓语动词也就是说它所在的部分应该是一个句子；可是这句话的句型是：it is common/uncommon to do sth/for sb to do sth/for there to be从中可见for是介词，而介词后面是不能接句子的，故B是不对的；由此句型还可见是A不对的。

2.It is essential/important/necessary/urgent/natural(等形容词 that + 主语+(should) do 其中should可以省略，这样无论是第几人称就都用动词原形了，从句部分是虚拟语气在主语从句中的用法

这道题考的是存在句的非限定形式。在张振邦的《新编英语语法教程》的355页。存在句的非限定形式是there to be和there being（间或there having been结构）。这两种结构在用法上有相同之点。为便于比较，我们把它们放在一起比较。
①作介词补足成分
这两种结构都可做介词补足成分。但是若介词为for的话，则只能用there to be结构。e. g. It was unusual for there to be so few people in the streets.
也能用在Vi.加for之后。e. g. They planned for there to be another meeting.
若介词不是for，则要用there being结构。e.g.John was relying on there being another opportunity.
②作宾语
做宾语是通常用there to be结构。e. g. Members like there to be plenty of choice.
能这样用的及物动词为数有限，常见的有except, mean, intend, want, like, prefer, hate等。
③作主语和状语
there being 结构还可以用作主语和状语。
