请问澳洲会计技术移民条件

我有国内的法学本科学历证书，以及国际会计师证书(AIA),在澳洲有亲属（姨妈），请问我是否有希望通过澳洲会计类技术移民？AIA这类证书是否可以代替会计本科学历呢？

澳洲技术移民-护理专业
护士在澳洲是从业人数最多的群体之一，统计数据显示2015年护士从业人数达到25.74万。护士就业人数在过去5年一直都是呈现出增长的趋势，澳洲政府预测至2020年11月，护士就业人数将增长至30.88万人。由此可以看出澳洲将来对于护士的需求量将非常高。

澳大利亚的从业护士实行持证上岗，护士分为三个等级，最低的等级是AssistantNurse(A.N.)，一般只能在养老类的机构进行护理工作；高一级的是EnrolledNurse(E.N.)，可在更高一级的护士指导下在医院中做病人的护理工作，应取得澳大利亚大专学历才可申请获得资质；最高一级的是RegisteredNurse(R.N.)，可以在医疗机构中独立从事护理及相关工作的护士，至少需取得护理本科学历。
而注册护士一直是澳大利亚的紧缺职业，配额年年，去年配额仅用了20%，今年又追加了346个，护理移民真的无压力！
在澳大利亚，护理本科毕业生在毕业后4-6个月内找到工作的就业率相对较高，其第一年平均年薪约为4-5万澳元。学业完成后能够申请移民以及相对稳定的就业机会吸引了许多海外学生前来澳洲攻读护理本科学士学位或硕士学位。
这个专业的职业评估没有工作经验要求，只要读的认证课程+雅思就可以顺利通过认证，最大难点是职业评估需要雅思4个7或者OET4个B。

I am not too sure about AIA certificate
You might still need to apply for assessment by the Australia professional bodies: CPAA(澳洲会计师协会)或ICAA(澳洲特许会计师协会)

As far as I could remember there are 13 papers which cover the major accountancy requirements. If you could get 10 or 11(sorry rellly cant recall how many) papers recognised, your qualification will be regarded as the recognised qualification. In other words, you are entitled to claim the qulification points for your immigration application.

澳大利亚各行业均有严格的专业要求，而且其与海外的职业要求不尽相同，CPAA/ICAA当然也不例外。CPAA/ICAA将根据澳大利亚的要求对你的会计技术资格水平进行一次全面性比较评估，包括所学学业，所学科目，所完成的学时等多种因素。因此在申请前必须对此有深入和了解，并对澳大利亚和申请人居住国学制及会计职业均比较熟悉，才能根据申请人的专业背景来正确申请材料，并能获得评估以至移民申请顺利通过。

会计职业评估要求的12门核心课中的9门。

澳大利亚CPA会计认证的12门核心课程。

不论境外学历还是境内学历，都必须完成下列12门核心课程中的9门。

只需要读满这9门课，并且有一个本科学位，就可以以会计为提名职业进行技术移民。而且，不一定要在澳洲读满两年，只不过澳洲两年学习会有5分加分。

职业评估：会计专业职业评估除了要学满以上9门课程外，还要求雅思A类4个7，或者A类或G类4个6 + Professional Year。两者必须选一，否则分数再高也不能技术移民。职业评估机构有CA,CPA和NIA。
