显然这是一个状语从句不是定语从句
where后面的那个句子是插入到中间的，不能看到逗号就以为是非限制性定语从句。
而且可以观察发现从句中主谓宾齐全，故which不合适，只能用WHERE。
当然如果有IN WHICH 的话也是可以选的，这时候就按照定于从句来理解了
