Dear Li Hua,
How is everything getting on? I have heard that you are exhausted with the heavy burden of study for passing exams. I feel very sorry about that. Here I would like to give you some advice on how to make sure of efficient study without tiredness.
First of all, a good sleep is a guarantee of efficient study, so you might as well not stay up late every night, which can make you full of energy a whole day. Secondly, taking appropriate exercise regularly is beneficial to you both in your study and health because it can help you keep sharp in mind and fit in body. Thirdly, making a specific study plan and sticking to it can keep you organised so that you are able to have enough time to finish your task easily every day and you will not put off what you should do today till tomorrow. Lastly, keep a positive attitude to exams and you will feel less anxious. After all, exams are only a way to test what you have learned. If you apply yourself to study all the time,there is no need to worry about exams.
Above are some of my ideas. I hope they are of some help to you.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are sick because of working too hard.I know you were preparing for the mid - term exam .But you should combine work with rest.I want to gave some advice on how to improve our health as well as how to improve our study.Take exercise regularly, it will be good for you health and study. Don't give yourself too much pressure. Eat more fruits and vegetables, they can keep you fit.If you have any questions, you can ask your teacher and classmates. I believe they will be happy to help you. Arrange your time resonably, don't stay up too late.

I was informed that you had been overwork while preparing for the examination, Let me give you some advice from my experience. To prepare for an examination, always have a structured time table of what you want to do. You should have a balance between studying and playing or relaxing. Also try to pu some short relax time between the study period. Playing time could be excersizing, like jogging, or having a good stroll to relax your mind. Another important point to note is that you must eat well. Try to have more green vegatables or fruits in your meals. Studying to late to the wee hours is no good. It is better to have enough sleep.
