在我的印象中，这两个应该是没有用法上的区别的，因为in和on都属于介词，在这里并没有提到有什么特殊用法，所以应该都是spend
sth.
in/on
doing
sth.
唯一可能的区别是，也是很久以前老师讲过的了，spend
in一般是花时间做某事，而spend
on是花钱，但是现在这两个用法意思上基本没有区别。
如果非要找区别，那就是用spend
in可以省略IN
