The Chinese Company will be involved in trading on European, US and other International Derivatives exchanges on behalf of a foreign company. The person should have 5-10 years of trading background in any area – equities, FX, interest rate or commodities and in either cash or derivative products. Ideally, he would have traded in International markets and is now wanting to return back to China having learnt his trade offshore.
He should like training and inter-acting with young people as he would be involved in shaping up young graduates into professional traders. He will be involved in managing the “market” risks which are being carried by the traders and, hence, should be familiar with risk management principles and dynamics of markets. Being the Head of the office, he would be overseeing the HR,IT and other operational aspects of the branch. He will be assisted in these functions by an Office Manager.
The person should have preferably worked in a professional organization before. The ideal candidate would be someone who had been an excellent trader during in his prime, but now wants to branch out into management or be an entrepreneur.
