大家，我在写一份英文的简历Resume，但是有一个句子不知道怎么翻译才地道。我想写我高中以年段第一名的成绩毕业。。这个要怎么翻译呢？
我的Advisor写 I graduated with highest grades from high school. 但是我跟他都觉得这个翻译不好但是他也不知道怎么修改。。请英文好的朋友帮忙下

同学你好，我觉得你的翻译那里应该要在highest前面加个the,才合乎最高级的语法

第一名的成绩可以讲出来是毕业考试的第一名
I graduated from my high school with the best performance(the highest greades) in the graduation examination.
也可以用as说
I graduated from my high school as the best\top student in the graduation examination.
