我需要一份菜谱..当然菜的样式随便.不要汤的..主要是要它做的过程和材料.以及它的一份英文翻译.加上一份解说词.主要的工作就是把它翻译出来...菜谱我一查就知道了..所以是要翻译做主导.

琵琶大虾
准备时间:10分钟

特色:

做法:
1. 虾洗净,去皮留尾,挑去虾线,从中间劈开成扇形抹少量盐。
2. 处理好的虾用蛋清浸泡。
3. 用蛋黄和面粉调成糊,虾裹糊后蘸面包屑。油加热至8成热时,放入虾炸至金黄色即可。
小贴士:
1. 吃的时候加酱油白萝卜末,更好味。
2. 做这个菜,虾一定要买新鲜的。

做法:
1. 大蒜去皮切碎,香菇切一个十字花在上边。
2. 用黄酒、老抽、胡椒粉和盐腌制鸡翅20分钟。
3. 锅中倒入适量的油,中火热锅,油快冒烟时放蒜碎,爆至金黄色。
4. 倒入鸡翅翻炒几下,加少量热水,放入香菇,加盖煮约10分钟。
5. 揭盖搅匀,再煮10分钟后起锅,喜欢的话撒点葱花在上面。
小贴士:
1. 独头蒜做此菜最合适,而且剥皮容易,所以懒人要多准备独头蒜。
2. 黄酒可以用啤酒替代。

西红柿炒鸡蛋的制作材料:主料:鸡蛋3个,西红柿150克
辅料:植物油4汤匙,盐,味精各适量,糖1汤匙西红柿炒鸡蛋的做法:1。西红柿切成块,要大小不一,什么形状无所谓,鸡蛋打开放入碗中,打匀,放入少许的盐。

2。锅内放入适量(炒鸡蛋的时候,油放多少很关键,我的经验是放相当于鸡蛋液的2/3)的油,等油热了的时候,(我后面详细讲如何判断油的温度),倒入鸡蛋液,注意这个时候,鸡蛋液会自然的凝固,不要动,等到这个鸡蛋液都凝固的时候(要小心油干了,造成鸡蛋糊了),用饭铲(也叫炒勺)从鸡蛋的边缘轻轻进入,将鸡蛋翻过来,煎一下,等两面的颜色都呈现金黄的颜色时候,把鸡蛋从锅里取出来(也可以不取,不过等熟练以后再说吧),这个时候锅里面应该还有一些油,把西红柿翻进去,翻炒几下,由于西红柿里面含有大量的水分,会有水份析出,这个时候把炒好的鸡蛋放进去,放入少许盐,翻炒几下,出锅。PS:有人喜欢做的时候,放一些水进去,本人不推荐,其实西红柿里的水份完全够用了,不用放水。还有,现在的西红柿质量不好,炒出来的菜不甜还有些苦味,出锅的时候可以适量放一些白糖。

提示:西红柿炒鸡蛋不用放鸡精或者味精,因为西红柿炒鸡蛋是吃一个“鲜”字,而西红柿炒鸡蛋的时候就有形成鲜味的物质析出,不需要再放提鲜的味精或者鸡精。这也是做这道菜的时候不放葱姜蒜的原因

麻婆豆腐
主料:

牛肉末(或猪肉末)(65克)。

辅料:葱末(4克)、辣油(4克)、豆豉(10克)、花椒粉、大蒜末、酱油、嫩豆腐(200克)、辣椒粉、精盐、鸡汤(130克)、菱粉、黄酒。

制作:

1)先将嫩豆腐切成3分斜方块,用滚水煮二分钟,以去除石膏味,沥干水分;

2)另起旺猪油锅,将牛肉末和豆瓣酱一起炒;

3)再放辣椒粉、酱油、豆豉、辣油、黄酒、盐、蒜末,炒到入味;

4)再放豆腐和鸡汤100克,用小火焖成浓汁;

2)再加菱粉收一下,放葱末、花椒粉、味精。

method:

1)Cut the tofu into 3 cubes, then put into boiling water for 3 minutes in order to get rid of the gypseous-smell of tofu then strain off the water.

2)Heat the lard in the other pan, add beef powder with fermented soya bean, cook, stirring all the time, for a few minutes.

3)Add the chilli powder, bean sauce, fermented soya bean, pepper sauce, rice wine, salt, minced garlic and stir well.

4)Then put the tofu and chicken soup, simmer all of these into broth with gentle heated fire.
