watching TV is the most popular way to relax ourselves in our daily life.More and more teenagers spend most of their time sitting in front of television.
In my opinion,we should have a better arrangement between study and watching TV.Certainly we can learn all kinds of knowledge from TV,but spending too much time on it is also a kind of waste,and it is harmful to our eyes.
So I think watching TV is both helpful and harmful.It depends on ourselves.
I like my school life very much,it is very interesting.I usually reach school at half past seven.Then we do morning exercises at eight o'clock.We have eight lessons every day.The lesson begin at a quarter past eight.My favourite subject is English.I can get a lot of English knowledge from our teacher.Our teacher are very good-natured.They are always kind to us.I also like our outdoor activities.When we have outdoor activities,everyone in the playground is active and lively.How happy we are in our beautiful school!I love the life in my school
This summer holiday,I spent at home. Every day,I took lessons for my brother and sister,and I also read English in the morning in every day.Sometimes I felt very dull.
But this summer holiday has a piece of exciting thing,ought to speak is the thing making the whole world excited,that is 2008 Beijing Olympic Games holding.Within that 16 days,I was showing solicitude for the Olympic Games match nearly every day before the TV set.
I have not been fond of sports previously, but finished watching this Olympic Games,I’ve felt the sports charm really.Especially the Olympic Games opening ceremony,it has been left very deep impression by me,I think that it was perfect really.I felt very proud as a Chinese people at the same time.

Our shool is really big with lots of different trees and flowers.There is a
meadow(草坪） in school,so we often lie on it to have relax or play ganes with friends.Not only do our school has beautiful environment,but also we have colorful activities.For instance,basball group,basketball group,English corner and so on.I like our school because it has kind teachers,friendly classmates,colorful activities and beautiful environment.

I study in the No. I middle school, where there are three grades and thirty-two classes. It is not big but very beautiful.
In the center of the school there is a new teaching building, which is very clean and beautiful. The lab building and the library are to the east of the new building. There all kinds of book in the library. You can enioy them as many as you like.
South of the new building lies a playground and it's very big. On the playground, you can have sports such as football. basketball. You'd better play basketball as there are four basketball grounds in our school, You can enjoy yourself very much.
There are many trees in our school.Grass is everywhere. In front of the new building there are two gardens in which, there are flowers of all colours.
We are studying hard in our school, Our life is happy and intcrcsting. I love our school very much.

校园中央是新建成的干净、美丽的教学大楼。实验楼和图书楼在新楼的东侧。图书馆有各种各样的书，你可以随意阅读。操场在新楼的南边，它很大，你可以在操场上做你喜欢的运动，如足球、篮球。你最好打篮球——因为学校共有四块篮球场地——你一定会玩得十分尽兴。
