放进准备好的面包糠里再裹上一圈,均匀即可。

小贴士
1、一定要控制好火候,因为豆腐较软,很容易就会炸糊了!
2、刚放进锅里时,千万不要翻动它,否则面包糠和淀粉很容易掉了,建议等上2至3分钟左右,便可翻动它直至炸熟。
