  职位要求:

  统招本科以上学历(海外留学经验优先)
  英语流利,能用英语进行沟通和表达。
  对服装时尚感兴趣,有较强的商业敏锐度。
  有比较好的协调能力,管理能力,组织能力和团队合作精神。
  热爱零售行业,店面工作非常的辛苦,能适应倒班的工作。

  职业发展方向:
  responsible-section manager-store manager-regional
manager方向发展。从而先负责部门,再负责整个店面的运营,到最后负责整个区域的运营。
  随着中国市场的拓展和开发,门店数量将会大幅的增长,所以,晋升的机会非常的大~

  主要工作内容:
  1、店面营运的管理;
  2、货品的管理;
  3、处理客户投诉;
  4、店面人事方面的管理工作:协助店长管理sales,排班表,给sales做培训。
  5、服装的搭配,店面的陈列。

  Position: Responsible
  We are keeping an ambitious expansion plan in China. You have an
opportunity for a fast career, you will join us at Responsible Trainee
level and we will be looking to develop you quickly into a section
manager, department manager or store manager. Our value is the
internal promotion, we believe if you are potential we can develop
your skills to achieve a managerial position.

  If you want to take part of the Career Development Plan in China,
you only need to experience in the stores, speak local language
(Chinese and English) and a good understanding of fashion.

  Main Responsibilities:

  As a head of section in one of our stores, you will be responsible
for the following aspects:

  Product management: suiting collections to customer's tastes, making
orders, returns, ranges, invoice control (incidents) and dealing with
complaints. Also responsible for fitting alarms, fitting garments on
hangers, folding, stacking, replacing, attending to alterations and
orders, and carrying out the inventory for the section.

  Image:
  -Setting up and co-ordinating garments;
   -Controlling the image of the section.

  Personnel management:
  -Helping the manager in selecting staff to work in the section;
  -Evaluating and communicating impressions with the manager;
  -Training and motivating the staff in their section;
   -Helping the manager organize timetables, holidays, sales periods
and bank holidays.

  Reporting To: Section Manager

  Profile:
  -Preferably between 22 and 28 years old
  -Affinity with the product: able to identify with collections
   -Ability to co-ordinate
  -Working with customers: enjoy dealing with customers' needs

  Personal Profile & Capabilities:
  Qualities for leadership, communication and teamwork

  Academic Background:
   UK university education background is highly preferred

  Language:
  Fluent in English. Mandarin

  Other Knowledge:
  Computer skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
全面负责店铺日常营运工作,主要工作职责包括:
Be responsible for the overall store management of daily operation, mainly including:
- 销售管理 / Daily sales management
参与销售指标的制定,推动销售业绩的提高,以及监督店铺销售指标的完成 。
Work on Sales planning and forecasting, push sales performance and monitor the accomplishment of sales budget.
- 人员管理 / Staff management
全面负责店铺员工的招募、上岗培训、以及工作中的实际表现。在工作中应起到督促并提高员工工作积极性的作用。
Be responsible for recruitment, training and performance management of the store staff. Supervise and encourage the staff to work with passionate and happiness.
- 店内货品及固定资产管理 / Goods, products and fix assets management
全面负责店内所有商品、货品已经电脑等固定资产的管理及防损工作,以及仓库的库存统计管理工作。
Be responsible for the management and security of all goods, products and fix assets, as well as the warehouse inventory control.

Requirement:
- 具有3年以上店铺营运或销售管理经验 / >3 yrs store operation or sales management experience.
- 至少从事过1年或以上团队管理工作 / >1 yr team management experience
- 有零售或酒店等相关行业从业经验者优先 / Retailing and hospitality industry working background is preferred
- 性格开朗,善于与人沟通 / Passionate and open to communicate
- 逻辑性强,且注重细节 / Logical mind set and detail-oriented
- 本科或以上学历背景 / Bachelor degree or above
- 熟练的中英文听说读写能力 / Fluent in Mandarin and English
