后句不妥 因为 when 从句 一般不用 进行时

好！1.when和while不是可以省略吗？如果省略了，那这2句话都是watching TV, he heard a loud noise，那怎么知道原句是进行时还是一般时呢？
2.动名词前面不是应该用属格名词，而分词独立主格用非属格名词吗？也可以混用吗？

when和while是可以省略  但如果要强调说明 是什么状语时 就需要带上连词  如果省略了，那这2句话都是watching  TV, he heard a loud noise，就包含 两种情况1 主动关系2 正在进行 

现在分词的特征 就是主动 和 进行。
2.动名词前面是应该用属格名词，但 有时可以用 名词的一般形式 代替名词所有格

而分词独立主格用 非属格名词  和 主格代词   但 口语中 可以用宾格 代替主格
