delighting 改为delighted,have received 改为receive,had been 改为 am,question 前边加个a, For one reason 去掉For,you are studing 前边加个what ,is hoping 改为are hoping,For another reason 去掉For,convenience 改为convenient,as 改为when.仅供参考，谢谢。答案出来了可以告诉我正确答案么。

For one reason, what you are studying is badly needed nowadays in China. It will be quite easy for you to find a good job. As a matter of fact, many of big companies in our city are hoping to employ people like you. For another reason, it will be much more convenient for you to look after your parents as they are getting old. Therefore, I think it's a good idea for you to return. So what are you waiting for?
