英语在他多少岁时的表达

我知道“在他30岁时”可以用in his thirties，那可不可以用in his thirty years old呢？还是in his thirties等于when he was thirty years old呢？

也不等于when he was thirty years old
in his thirties意思应该是在他三十多岁的时候

还是钱前面的那个对的，或者干脆你就说：at the age of 多少岁就行了，这样不是很容易吗？

At the age of ...后面加具体岁数 表示具体几岁的时候
When sb. be ...后面加具体岁数 表示当某某多大的时候
