我现在正在学新概念英语第三册41 42课，现在也可以说是遇见最难的吧！主要是句子太长，单词比较抽象理解起来感觉有点困难！The latest exhibitions, films, or plays are only a short bus ride away这句话书上翻译为，坐公共汽车几站路，就可看到最新的展览、电影、戏剧！我知道这句话翻译都是经过处理的！ride away是否可以理解为，行驶！ride有骑的意思 away有离开的意思！ Country people run wild这句话书上翻译为，乡里人进城采购欣喜若狂！如果按照这样的翻译，run wild后面是不是省略了宾语，wild是形容词，run可是动词！ stagger home loaded with as many of the exotic items as they can carry这句话书中解释为， 每次回家时都买足了外来商品，直到拿不动方才罢休，连走路都摇摇晃晃的！难道they can carry是直到拿不动方才罢休的意思吗？？？much of it still remains to be explored.
这句话是42的，大家有没有觉得这句话重复，这里的 it 就是指 remains吧！！为什么呢？？

2. country people run wild：这个run是不及物动词v.i.，意思是"变得“，和"turn","get"一个意思。
3. as many... as they can carry：光看字面就知道意思是：他们能拿多少就拿多少。这不是很直白吗？换句话说，不就是“直到拿不动方才罢休”的意思吗？
4. much of it still remains to be explored：没看懂你的疑问在哪里, 我没看过原课文不知道it指什么，不过remain是个动词“留下”，这句话的意思是：它的大部分还留待探索。
