非谓语动词作状语 Done和 Being done的区别

例句:动物们面临着被人类杀死的危险。
(Being) killed by human being, the animals facing the danger.(状语)
The animals face the danger of being killed by human beings.追问

那为什么不能用being looked呢？现在分词不是也可以做状语吗？being为什么要在这里省略掉。。我弄不懂啊。。
