是otherwise是个连词，不是从句，would have done 虚拟语气，表示“本应该干什么，但是没有干..."

eg. I don't blame you. I would have done the same.
我不怪你，我也会这样做的。

Anyone in his position would have done the same.

Nobody could imagine she would have done this to me.
没有人会想到她会这样对我。

otherwise 用作连词，意思为“否则；要不然”，相当于 or，or else 或 if not .
例如：We’ll go early，otherwise we may not get a seat.
我们得早点去，要不然就没有座位了。
