自76年至92年在北京六建为电气焊工人,因旷工被单位除名至今都未缴纳过社保,于1951年11月出生,北京市居民户口,今年59周岁,想问1976年至1992年之间的16年工龄是否为视同缴费,请问社保如何缴纳60岁后才能拿到养老金,(无社保卡)?若要自己缴纳至少要缴纳多少年?缴纳的金额大概在多少?缴纳后的金额什么情况下可以取出?焦急等待回复中,请各位高人指教!

我不是社保的工作人员。按我的理解,92年之前是视同缴费的,但也要看您是什么时候被单位除名的,现在的制度是可以补缴够15年(含视同)就可以享受养老金了。但如果享受医疗的话要缴纳25年医疗保险才可以。您也可以把自己的保险转移到现在的城镇居民养老保险。那个养老金要少一些。具体的还是建议您去当地的社保中心咨询。

2.复转军人在部队(武装警察部队)服役的时间;

3.“文革”期间城镇知识青年上山下乡的时间;

4,是企业职工在按国家规定暂未实行养老保险制度的机关、事业单位的工作时间;

5.是从事特殊工种工作的折算工龄换算的缴费年限;

6.是其他根据规定可以计算连续工龄的工作时间。
