追答我以前也遇到过 我们公司 有3万USD在账户里 说我们和两个违法的账户交易过，其实他们也没有什么证据，后来大了好几个电话加邮件 我们有客户经理 后来大约1周后解冻了 你没哟客户经理的话 只能找客服 一定要要定没有交易过
追问我有客服经理。
