浏览器及网站由于找不到公匙无法连接。
通常这是IE设置问题：
1。工具》INTERNET选项》内容》清除SSL状态。
2。工具》INTERNET选项》高级》在使用SSL2.0和SSL3.0前面打上勾就可以了。如果不行，还原下默认设置。如果还不行，用超级兔子修复下IE，还不行用超级兔子把IE彻底删除，然后拿个系统盘重装IE，再不行，重装系统吧。
