I regret to inform you that the displeasure takes place during the journey.
When we arrived our destination that day, we found that there was not the airport pickup service ultimately and we have to take a taxi to the hotel by ourselves.However,we were told that we could not enter the room until six p.m.when we got there.What's the most intolerable,we waited for a long time when we checked out so as to we almost missed the plane time.
In a word,we really don't enjoy the tour in the least.we all require the travel agent to explain the situation.
