promise作形容词也有“有希望的和有前途的”意思，所以world promise 直翻就是有前途的世界，再人性化一点也可作“美好的光明的未来”。
proficientcy 除了熟练这个意思之外，还有水平、技术这样的含义。improve proficientcy in scientific research 这句中proficientcy是可以和technique这个词互换的。简单来说：互联网提高了科学研究的技术水平。
field concerned 就是“相关领域”，concerned有“与...有关”或“与...相关”这样的意思。
