应该还是用ghostwriter这个词，没有专门给画家这个领域专门创一个一样意思的单词。下面从维。基百科“Ghostwriter”这个词条摘录的。里面说“ghostwriting”的种类有：

Visual arts里面并没有给这个领域下的ghostwriting一个新的单词，但是用了比ghost-writing更笼统的单词“ghost-authorship”. 最后也提到了“vanity artwork”,但似乎不是一样的东西了。
综上所述，我觉得ghostwriter可以用在画画的领域，要像严谨一些就用ghost-authorship.
这个让我想到businessman生意人这个词，就没有给女性生意人一个“businesswoman”一个这样的单词，把一个女生意人叫businessman也没有错。
