韭菜:1把;
干辣椒:3个; 蒜:2瓣; 食盐:1小勺; 植物油:1汤勺; 白糖:2小勺; 酱油:1/2小勺;
凉拌韭菜的做法

韭菜择好,洗净,切成均匀小段

准备一锅开水,先下韭菜根,再下韭菜叶,可放少许盐,时间不宜过长

把焯好的韭菜捞出,放入冷水中浸泡,再捞出,沥干水分(开水中放盐和过冷水都是为了保持颜色嫩绿)

焯好的韭菜放入盘子中,放点蒜片、2小勺糖、少量酱油、适量盐

锅中倒油烧热,放入干红辣椒段爆香,再加入蒜片翻炒
