一、规则：

1、直接在名词末尾加“s”，如desk变为desks，以s，x，sh，ch结尾的加“es”，如box变为boxes，brush变为brushes，match变为matches等。

2、以“y”结尾，前为辅音字母，要变“y”为“ies”，如baby变为babies，但前为元音字母时，直接加“s”，如boy变为boys等。

3、以“o”结尾的名词，有些加词尾“s”，有些加“es”，有些加，或“es”均可，如piano变为pianos钢琴，tomato变为tomatoes西红柿。

4、以“f”或“fe”结尾的名词，也有两种可能，即有些直接加词尾“s”，有些则把“f”或者“fe”改为“ves”，如“chief”变为“chiefs”首领，“roof”变为“roofs”屋顶。
