I would like to tell you something about myself, my true feel-ings. When I was in Senior One, I had great difficulty in learning science subjects. I was unable to understand the teacher and 1 could not do the exercises or the homework. I believed that I was stupid and could not learn anything. The sky was gray and the grass was yellow those days. Everything was a mess in my brain. My classmate, a good student, whom I only considered as one of the classmates before, came to me with a smile. She told me that if I needed help, she would like to help me. As she was also very busy with her studies,I asked myself, "Could she help me? "Sev-eral days later, I knew the answer. Yes, she could. She did as much as she could. She made time every day to help me solve the problems and showed me many good ways to study science. Her patience and earnest nature touched me deeply. I worked very hard and my progress was reflected in my examination result. I appreciated her help very much and wanted to thank her. When I looked at her, once again she smiled at me with an encouraging and congratulatory look. At that moment I understood that a true friend should be like this.

Now, I’d like to tell you a true story about one of my father’s friends. He was in a high position several years ago, and at that time, he had a lot of friends around. They often went out for lunch and dinner, and they often went to his home with bags of valuable presents. So at first I thought they were good friends. But, several months later, I changed my point of view. He lost his power as something has happened. And then, many of his friends left him, the worse is, some of them even hit him when he was down. Only several of his old friends gave him a hand. They supported him at that time. Then I realized essence of the saying In a word, true friends are together with pure, frank heart. We’d better share happiness and sadness with our friends. If our friend fall into trouble, we should give him a hand, never be a looker on. Only in this way can we be friends indeed. Not all friend is good, we only knew a person when she/him is in trouble.
I 'm happy to say that i had a friend whom was really a good friend. Why I said that she was a good friend? "A friend in need is a friend inneed,"
this sentence is she tell me,i will not forget it forever. I remember that once i fail my exam, all my classmate was comparing the marks. When they saw my result I culdn't believe that my friends laughed at me. I feel ashamed of myself but i couldn't understand why they wanted to laugh at my result. Didn't they know the action which they did will hurt my feeling ?There was some tears on my eyes. Only she, whom was my best freiend,step out to encourage me and stop what other classmates were doing. She said," A friend in need is a friend inneed,didn't all of you know how to be a friend ? She never get a good result , what we should do is not to laugh but to encourage and help her!"
She really did what she said. She helped me as much as she could. In the end, my result shows to all my classmates I not really stupid ,it is only the matter of how i present it.
