Visit是很正式的拜访,一般来说,是属于那种有议题的访问;call on是专门去拜访或者专门去串门之类的,是日常生活中有计划的拜访;drop in是顺便拜访,一般事先没什么计划,都是自己去做什么事,做完了看到离谁比较近,心情也不错,去顺路看望下,无事先计划。
