1、面糊配方: 面水比例在1:1.3左右,白面1斤2两,玉米面4两,黄豆面1两,绿豆面1两,荞麦面1两。后面两个没有可 以不放。我的配方:小麦米50%(发酵),玉米40%(生熟各半),黄豆9%(熟的)。
2、甜酱的制作:甜面酱两瓶,番茄酱一瓶,海鲜酱半瓶,倒出混均匀,加入适量的水用火熬制,熬得时间长,酱香味就越浓,最后加入白糖,淋上一点芝麻油即可。
做法如下:
准备材料,面粉和玉米面按比例调成面糊备用,各种酱料准备齐全(如果有的酱料比较稠,可以适当加水调试)

香肠切片,然后用油煎一下,煎到差不多是,撒上适量的孜然粉,味道更佳!

锅中倒入适量的油,小火倒入面糊,摇动平底锅使其成一个面饼。然后翻面,在背面打上鸡蛋,用铲子弄平后反面。

翻面后开到中火,让下面的鸡蛋充分煎熟。然后依次刷上四种酱料。
