放蛇加油盐狂炒大约25分钟,因为份量比较大,所以用时长。翻炒一会就加生抽和蚝油,烧酒,炒得差不多加入蜂蜜添味儿。

放烧肉,翻炒一下就可以加两碗水,水到蛇肉的一半。盖上锅盖,大火煮开,再用小火,收汁时尝尝味道和软硬度做调整。味淡了加盐生抽,不够软加水。记得加了水味道会变淡,记得加味。
