步骤:
1、首先,将热水倒入面粉中,然后调成团,这个步骤的话,最好是用热水,越热越好,当然如果能用滚烫的开水那就更好,然后用手慢慢和面,面团是越软越好。

2、将大面团,分成小面团,具体大小按自己喜好来定,但是最好也不要太大或者太小,不然到时候影响油炸糕的美观度,而且要是太大就炸不好了。接下去,把白糖和面粉混合,作为馅儿包入小剂子中,并将包入糖的剂子捏成中间略厚四周薄的圆饼状。

3、热锅,等锅热了后,再加入适量的油,等到油五六成热的时候,将刚刚做好的小圆饼放入锅炸。

4、在炸的过程中,要尽量多翻动,然后等到小圆饼胖起来飘起来成金黄色了,就可以捞起来了,油炸糕就做好了。
