主料:紫薯50克
调料:食盐适量、荷兰乳牛乳酪牛奶50g、面粉250g

2、往红薯泥慢慢加入面粉,搅拌,揉搓。

3、上面跟下面都抹上面粉,用擀面杖擀成大点的圆形。

4、再次抹粉,将圆饼绕道擀面杖上,用力擀压。

5、每次看面粉不多时,就要抹粉,防止粘连。

6、在面饼上抹粉,呈W形,将面饼叠起来,宽度以刀子能够方便切到为宜,也就是差不多6-7厘米。

7、找把锋利的刀子,快速切断,第一次做不要切太细,如果切太细,下刀又不准,那么很容易切断哦!将面条抖开,可以在上面撒淀粉防粘。
